UPDATE ===> No reason was given for the cancellation, but Vick’s rep did eventually release a statement saying, “After careful consideration, I will need to postpone the taping of the Oprah Winfrey interview scheduled for February 22. I admire and respect Oprah and hope to be able to participate in an interview in the future.” Supposedly, Vick’s rep also contacted Oprah asking her to drop the wager she had with Piers Morgan about who would land the Michael Vick interview first.
The BELOW was reported earlier this week…………………things surely change fast!

The Detroit Pistons have just announced they will be retiring Dennis Rodman‘s #10 jersey on April 1, 2011. A special ceremony will take place during halftime at The Palace of Auburn Hills as the Pistons take on the Bulls.
Dennis Rodman’s untouchable defensive style was an integral part of the Pistons ‘Bad Boys’ team that won back-to-back championships in 1989 and 1990. He was drafted by the Pistons in 1986 and stayed with the team until 1993 when he was traded to the San Antonio Spurs. He later played for the Chicago Bulls along side MJ, picking up three more rings in 1996, 1997, and 1998.
Wondering if he will ever be a HOF inductee, what you think?

Lastnight, near the end of the first quarter of the game, Ray Allen shot a three-pointer that moved him past Reggie Miller to become the NBA’s all-time leader of three-point field goals. Reggie Miller was in building as an announcer for TNT, and congratulated Allen with a handshake and a hug. Miller gave full credit to Allen despite the fact his record was just broken before his eyes.
Congratulates Ray Allen for making your mark in NBA Hall of Fame history.
