Shaq Creates A Signature Milkshake For The Boys & Girls Club
NBA star Shaquille O’Neal headed over to Millions of Milkshakes on Jan. 29 in West Hollywood. Shaq spent time signing jerseys and basketballs for kids from the local Boys & Girls Club. Of course when he was done, Shaq drank one of their signature milkshakes. Millions of Milkshakes is known for its celebrity shakes, each one made up personally by an entertainer or sports star.

Shaq said he owes the Boys and Girls Clubs a debt of gratitude.
“The Boys and Girls Club, especially the one in North New Jersey, was the place that kept me out of trouble,” O’Neal said. “Growing up in the projects, you know my father had specific orders. Go over there, play ball, do you homework, be a leader not a follower, and don’t leave that building until I come get you. It was a place that kept me away from all the negativities. So I really have to thank them. It’s much better now. There’s more technology involve, more things to do, but many more negative temptations for the kids. So, my hat goes off to the Boys and Girls Clubs, and the YMCA’s and all children’s activities programs.”
